Creative Services, Technology Solutions, Merchandise, Customer Service and other department staff as necessary.
POSITION MISSION
Provide strategic direction working with Sales and clients to develop business changing solutions. Manage the company’s solution services comprised of program engagement, program analysis and rule structure development, performance management, and production / distribution in a manner conducive to maintaining client satisfaction and to optimize profit.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with sales team on client opportunities to identify, strategize, and create solutions to drive client goals.
- Provide analysis of client data to build performance and financial models.
- Understand incentive rule structures and how to apply them to solve client business issues.
- Provide marketing services for client programs from proposal development to ongoing program activities to post-sale analysis.
- Work with teams to establish creative direction for program development, program managers, promotional managers and graphic artists in design and development of all program deliverables.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of marketing tools for use by the sales team
- Supervise and manage department personnel including recruitment, training, evaluation, expense management and reporting
- Direct purchasing, design / production and distribution of program materials.
- Recommend and manage departmental budgets and corporate profit guidelines.
- Direct all aspects of communications, room gifts and recognition award programs, including selection, purchasing and coordination of mailings.
- Assist in developing client account relationships in coordination with the sales team.
- Support the sales team by presenting creative services and performance management during the selling process for key accounts.
- Drive development of process and procedures for all departmental aspects of the creative team.
- Research and source outside services and manage follow through of consistency.
- Recommend and develop new markets, business opportunities and products / applications.
- Other duties as assigned.
