Are you energetic, enthusiastic, and love to be the center of attention? We're looking for a Living Sign to join our team! Your job is to direct traffic to new home communities by waving an arrow sign and catching the eyes of passersby.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Wave and spin signs to grab attention and promote new home communities.
- Stay active and enthusiastic while working with the flow of traffic.
- Represent the community with a fun, engaging attitude.
Qualifications:
- Able to stand for long periods of time (up to 6-hour shifts).
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable with a clean and neat appearance.
