Job Location: Riverside Division - Riverside, CA
Salary Range: $25.00 - $27.00 Hourly
Description
Summary Create graphical designs by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Utilizes various graphical software tools and technologies to transform graphical concepts into specific electronic applications.
- Modifies and implements designs generated by others to ensure quality products.
- Provides expert analysis and input on others’ designs.
- Prepare final production-ready files based on supplied specifications.
- Make various formats of supplied artwork production-ready and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production.
- Provide image manipulation.
- Create, weed and apply vinyl to products using a Graphtec vinyl plotter
- Troubleshoot problems as they arise with both the creative and the production team.
- Make changes to product based on feedback from management and clients.
- Meets with design and technical staff on projects, technical specifications, and deadlines.
- Stays abreast of any industry-wide changes in design philosophy and any new tools and technologies being used.
- Coordinates with vendors
- Maintains job information
- Process Work Orders
- Materials Orders – Shipping/ Receiving / Pickup
- Keeps inventory on stock items
Supervisory Responsibilities

Qualifications
Qualifications the successful candidate must possess:
- Strong ability to effectively communicate with internal staff, both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrates pride in their work and determination to finish the job
- Strong skills in organizing and working on several tasks concurrently, as well as in giving proper attention to details
- An eye for detail
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator / Adobe Acrobat and Creative Cloud
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – (Beginning / Intermediate Excel)
- Understanding of Graphic Files
- Strong Administrative Skills
- Must be able to run Graphtec vinyl plotter, weed, and apply vinyl
- Clean driving record
- Possess 2 years of experience within the signage or print industry
