SR. SUPERVISOR //
The Marketing and Communications Sr. Supervisor will partner with internal key stakeholders and the executive team to design and implement strategic plans for the agency. This role champions the brand internally, and manages and leads the day-to-day communication, PR, partnership, and marketing efforts for the agency.
Job Responsibilities:

SR. SUPERVISOR //
The Marketing and Communications Sr. Supervisor will partner with internal key stakeholders and the executive team to design and implement strategic plans for the agency. This role champions the brand internally, and manages and leads the day-to-day communication, PR, partnership, and marketing efforts for the agency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute strategic marketing, communications, and PR campaigns.
- Lead a team of creatives in the development of campaign materials, brand assets, digital platforms, and more.
- Manage the agency's day-to-day PR outreach efforts, building and maintaining key industry relationships.
- Develop compelling internal brand communications; collaborate with C-Suite executives to build brand voice and balance brand priorities.
- Curate a dynamic online presence, inclusive of web and social, that drives affinity and engagement from internal and external audiences.
- Develop and execute strategic awareness efforts that drive new business conversion.
- Serve as a key collaborator and thought-leader; participate in and/or lead brainstorm and planning sessions for the agency.
- Present ideas and plans effectively and passionately to internal key stakeholders and external partners.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of, and be conversant in, our business and our clients' business, products, industry, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and own timelines, budgets, and plans for execution.
- Lead all retrospective reviews and analysis of marketing efforts.
- Oversee the work of a coordinator, with an emphasis on their growth and training.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience leading corporate marketing / comms, integrated PR work, or integrated advertising work in a busy agency environment.
- Track record and portfolio of successful internal campaign work; from PR initiatives to corporate internal marketing, to media placements and/or partnerships.
- Experience crafting internal briefs and working successfully with copywriters and designers.
- Experience with social media content and engagement strategy.
- Experience with website and intranet UX and experience management.
- Experience working directly with C-Suite executives.
- Experience managing several priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with the development and ownership of timelines and budgets.
