Company Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager level Data Consultant to join our team. This role is instrumental in project delivery, developing and mentoring teams, expanding our utility business, and championing our ESG and decarbonization goals.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
- Knowledge Capture and Sharing: Develop strategies to capture, organize, and share knowledge within the team to improve efficiency, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Team Collaboration and Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment, lead and manage a team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to ensure successful project delivery and knowledge transfer.
- Project Delivery Excellence: Focus on efficient and effective project delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with different teams and departments to leverage collective knowledge, drive innovation, and address complex challenges.
- Market and Industry Awareness: Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in the field of knowledge capture, team collaboration, and project delivery, applying relevant insights to improve project outcomes
- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and objectives, ensuring that project outcomes align with their requirements

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree or additional certifications in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in relative project management, data, analysis, and reporting
- Familiarity with data analytics utilizing Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud
- Power Apps or Power Platform experience
Work Hours
- This is a full-time US based position that will require you to be available during core business hours Monday - Friday
Work Location(s) & Travel Requirements
This position requires operating in a Hybrid work model (up to 50% work from home and up to 50% work from regional office) and will require travel monthly to our client offices. Ability to travel up to 25%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
