What You'll Do
As the HR Manager, you'll be the heart and soul of our workforce, ensuring that our team is motivated, empowered, and ready to tackle every challenge. You will:
- Revolutionize Onboarding: Create an onboarding experience that makes new hires say, 'I belong here.'
- Foster Employee Success: Build a work environment where every employee feels heard, valued, and supported.
- Safety First! Our 300 strong workforce is in the field and we must prioritize safety procedures and processes.
- Stay Ahead on Compliance: Navigate the world of regulations like a pro, ensuring our team is always safe and compliant.
- Employee Benefits: Collaborate with company leaders to make decisions on employee benefits, 401k plan, etc.
- Develop Growth Opportunities: Identify training needs and implement programs that help our team soar.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; OR
- 5 years of HR management experience (bonus points for experience in construction or trade industries).
- A deep understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Tech-savviness with HRIS systems.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification (or the drive to earn one).
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish is a MUST HAVE.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
