THE ASSOCIATE DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

Do you have a passion for concepting and creating engaging digitally-led experiences? Have you executed and managed programs online for clients? Do you have a desire to stay on top of the ever-evolving digital landscape and infuse new and innovative ideas into programs? If yes, you may be the right fit for a new Associate Digital Account Manager position with Motive.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY 

  • Working side-by-side with your Account Supervisor/Manager to execute all programs.  
  • Stay on the bleeding edge of new technology regarding key accounts and agency initiatives.
  • Bring innovative digital ideas/extensions to all integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Preparing project-related documents such as meeting agendas, timelines, internal briefs, plus other client communications and internal correspondence.
  • Consulting and collaborating with your creative, media, and technology team members to plan and execute projects.
  • Bring the ability to multi-task and get the work done—on time, within project budgets, timelines and exceeding expectations.
  • Monitoring, measuring and optimizing campaigns and programs.
  • Communicating with key clients on program updates, timelines and deliverables.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS 

  • 2-4 years of experience managing digital projects and accounts.
  • A digital marketing background in campaign development and execution.
  • A passion for building successful client relationships and keeping a project on track. 
  • Knowledge and experience with the website development process and usability best practices.
  • A clear love for all things technology related, including what is possible to build and how digital campaigns could come to life. 
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • All about the details and doing things right the first time.
  • A proactive ‘self-starter’ mentality who is adaptable, nimble, responsible and calm under pressure. 
  • CPG and influencer marketing experience are a plus.
  • A positive, upbeat, and solutions-oriented attitude!

The starting salary for this position is between $50,000 and $65,000 annually, based on experience and location.
