About the Role

In this role, you'll be spearheading growing our Austin sales office with driven sales professionals for our Sales Development organization. Our University Programs Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging with students and recent graduates to build a pipeline of future leaders. We are seeking a passionate and results-driven University Programs Recruiter to help us build out and execute our campus recruitment strategy to bring in the best emerging talent.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute university recruiting strategies to attract high-potential students and recent graduates

  • Build and maintain relationships with university career centers, faculty, student organizations, and other campus partners.

  • Plan and attend campus recruitment events, career fairs, information sessions, and networking events.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for university hires, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and ensure alignment with university recruitment efforts.

  • Promote Motive's employer brand and early career opportunities through various channels, including social media and university partnerships.

  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to assess the effectiveness of university hiring strategies and suggest improvements.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and support throughout the hiring process.

  • Negotiate salary and compensation packages with candidates, clearly communicating the benefits and perks of joining the company. Ensure that offers are in line with company policies and budgetary limits. Address and address any counteroffers or negotiation standstills successfully.

Requirements and skills

  • Must be located in Austin, TX and able to commute to the office located in central Austin as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 2 years of experience in university recruiting, campus programs, talent acquisition, or related roles.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage diverse student populations.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
