Job Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team! As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing our social media strategy, managing content creation, and supporting both paid and organic marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, work on creative campaigns, and help organize key events such as car shows (e.g., SEMA). Your expertise in content creation, social media management, and project coordination will be critical in driving our marketing efforts forward.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase online visibility, engagement, and brand awareness across all relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content (photos, videos, written posts) across all social media channels to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging.
Use graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop) to create visually appealing content and ensure consistency across social media platforms, including Facebook timeline covers, profile pictures, blog layouts, and other marketing materials.
Manage and optimize both paid and organic marketing efforts to drive leads, increase traffic, and build brand loyalty.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies align with sales goals and help drive revenue. Provide them with the necessary tools, content, and materials.
Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility, driving more traffic to our website and social media pages.
Plan, coordinate, and execute key industry events, such as SEMA and other car shows, ensuring all marketing materials, presentations, and promotions are aligned with company objectives.
Provide strategic marketing consulting to internal teams, present marketing insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and ROI. Use analytics to adjust strategies for optimal results.
Qualifications
Experience : 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role with hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns.
