Job Description
Our Client is seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Manager to oversee their collision repair shops. The Regional Manager will oversee all aspects of the collision repair process, from estimating to final delivery, ensuring that repairs are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate must have strong leadership skills, be able to work collaboratively with other departments, and have a deep understanding of collision repair processes and procedures.
Responsibilities include :
- Manage the activities of all body shop related staff ensuring exceptional customer service
- Monitor, direct and administer all aspects of daily collision operations and production workflow.
- Timely completion of body shop department reporting and month-end procedures.
- Other administrative duties as required
- Oversee hiring, training and development of all body shop personnel
