Key Responsibilities:
- Landscaping & Maintenance:
- Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and garden beds.
- Assist with lawn maintenance, mulching, and weed control.
- Help install hardscape features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Equipment Operation:
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and rakes.
- Maintain and clean tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Site Preparation & Cleanup:
- Assist with grading, leveling, and soil preparation for landscaping projects.
- Dig trenches and prepare areas for plant installation or hardscaping.
- Keep job sites clean and free of debris.
- Safety & Teamwork:
- Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the Foreman.
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required-just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to use basic landscaping tools and equipment (training provided).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing tasks such as kneeling, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
