MCI also manufactures control systems for two MCI owned brands, Flowtronex and Water Equipment Technologies.

Motor Controls Inc. in Dallas, Texas is seeking new Stainless Steel Grinders and Finishers to work collaboratively with a highly talented, cross-functional team to create best in class products for our clients!

If you are an experienced Stainless Steel and Aluminum Finisher / Polisher with a great work ethic who takes pride in your work, we would love to hear from you!

Job Description:

• Finish/ Polish Stainless Steel (and other metals) using a variety of grinders, files, buffing wheels and sanders
• Move materials, components, and equipment weighing up to 70 pounds
• Ensure your work meets top quality standards
• Keep work area clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment
• Wear correct PPE including safety glass, face shields, gloves, hardhat, dust masks, etc.
• Follow all safety procedures

Skills & Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years' experience in sheet metal shop environment grinding, polishing and finishing various metals, but primarily Stainless Steel.
• Ability to match material grains using the appropriate hand tools
• Pride in workmanship and ability to follow instructions

Shifts Available:

Day - 6a.m. - 4:30p.m., Monday - Thursday

Night - 4:30p.m. - 3:00a.m., Monday - Thursday

Pay Rate:

Starting at $17 to $24 - For Grinders

Starting at $17 to $26 - For Finishers
