Start a new adventure in Motor Sportsland’s service department! Are you ready for the rewards of new challenges, fast pace, and hard work? We need self-motivated team members who are positive and professional!
This position is critical to Motor Sportsland because the service department gives our customers the last impression of our dealership when they leave with their new purchase. We need them to pull out of the driveway with a functioning RV and a smile on their face! Duties include preparing recently purchased RVs for customer pickup, verification of system functions, training customers how to use their RVs (training for this will be given), and assisting with other tasks as needed. Because this position will require customer interaction, you will need to maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
Want a place to grow? There are many career opportunities within our service department! The most common career path for this position is to move up within the technical staff from a Prep Technician to an Apprentice Technician, and then to a full RV Technician with huge potentials including 6 figure income for higher producing technicians. Our average employee tenure across all departments is nearly 10 years!
Let’s be serious for a second! Seriously - This is a real job and we depend heavily on this position! Arriving on time, communicating with your manager, and getting along with coworkers are basic necessities of this position. The training process for this position is rigorous. If you are looking for a casual job, this is probably not the right fit, but if you want a diverse career in innovation, problem solving, and new technologies, this is the path for you! Fair enough?
