We are a high performing, high level independent shop with 8 locations in Minnesota. We are always busy, 1200 cars per month. Our best technicians produce 52 or more hours per week. Auto Technician Requirements
· Must have a valid drivers license
· Must have own tools
· Have good problem-solving skills
· Be willing to work hard and be open minded
· Enjoy working on cars
· Medium to high level mechanical skills (i.e. brakes, tires, oil changes, suspension repair, diagnostic, wiring)
· ASE Certifications are helpful (will train and pay to become certified)
· Solid diagnostic skills/Scan Tool Experience (Scan tools provided)
· Good with computers
· Solid team attitude
· Willingness to train, learn and improve skills
Pay
We offer a wide range of pay options from hourly with bonus to flat rate. We are willing to work with you.
