A Day in the Life of an Auto Repair Shop General Manager
You will greet every customer with hospitality and respect, presenting the best solution for car repairs and handling any questions or concerns they may have. You will consistently sell our services while maintaining honesty and integrity.
As a leader, you will oversee the store's workflow, manage around 8-10 employees, and inspire hard work, positive attitudes, open communication, and great working relationships. You will enjoy helping your team and seeing the business thrive.

Requirements
- 5 years of experience in automotive repair, preferably in fixed operations or service management
- Experience with automotive repair estimation and repair order generation
