Nanny Needed For Two Children in Birmingham
Start Date: Immediately
Description: A Birmingham family is seeking a nanny for their 3 year old son and 1 year old daughter. The ideal candidate would have a few years of infant specific nanny experience, flexible schedule, comfortable with authoritative parenting in the future, and has their own vehicle. The family hopes to have a full-time nanny.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm daily (45 hours per week)
Location: Birmingham, Michigan
Requirements:
- 3 years of childcare experience
- Comfortable with long hours
- Interested in a long term relationship with the family
- Flexible if needed with advanced notice
- Comfortable with authoritative parenting in the future
- Own vehicle for work-related driving
Duties:
- Basic childcare duties
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of both children
- School pickup for older child MWF
- Potty training younger child
- Children's dishes and laundry
- Keeping child supplies stocked and spaces organized
- Taking the children on outings and to activities (e.g., park, story time, on walks)
- Assisting with following and enforcing routines for the children when needed
- Full charge nanny position
Compensation: $25-30/hr Depending on Experience, Guaranteed hours, Paid Time Off, Paid Holiday, Sick Leave, Mileage Reimbursement, Other Benefits Dependent on Candidate.
