Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Interface with customers looking to purchase apparel, riding gear and helmets
- Provide exceptional customer service to motorcyclists and enthusiasts of our sport
- Educating customers about the features and benefits of the gear offerings
- Assist team members to ensure cleanliness and presentation of the department by cleaning, stocking and organizing
Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service to all of the dealership’s customers
- Greet customers immediately when they walk into the Parts Department in a courteous and friendly manner
- Develop and share knowledge of all parts and accessories merchandise, parts history, and motorcycle service
- Must possess the ability to work with several customers at one time while maintaining individual customer satisfactions
- Conduct or participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise (counts, reports, etc.)
- Ensure merchandise displays are stocked, clean, and appealing to customers
