We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Powersports Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the powersports industry, a genuine love for motorcycles, and a proven ability to provide exceptional customer service. Work schedule is Tuesday-Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Build rapport with customers and understand their individual needs and preferences.
- Guide customers through the selection process, showcasing relevant features and benefits of motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and other powersports vehicles.
- Demonstrate product knowledge, including technical specifications, safety features, and available accessories.
- Effectively close sales and meet individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom and inventory.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, new product releases, and competitive offerings.
- Participate in dealership events and promotions.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Passion for motorcycles and the powersports industry is a must.
- Proven sales experience in a retail environment, preferably in the powersports industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using computers and sales software.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. MC License highly preferred.
- Motorcycle and ORV riding experience.
- Dealership experience and Lightspeed or CDK DSM experience highly preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
