Department Overview The NA Project Management Office within the Systems Integration organization supports the Software Enterprise (SWE) business sleeve. The SWE delivers on-premise and cloud-based software solutions to the public safety sector. The group is committed to providing technology and tools which will allow customers to focus on their mission, and enable them to respond faster with smarter and safer decisions. SWE deploys and supports products such as NextGen Call Services, Computer-Aided Dispatch, Records Management Systems, Jail Management Systems, Mobile Data Computing, Call routing and Intelligent Led Policing Solutions among other offerings.
Job Description
Note: The preference for the candidate is to be in the Eastern or Central time zone.
Job Summary:
Identify areas that require process improvements or efficiencies, and develop corrective actions
Create, edit and review standards and process documentation for relevance with an eye for detail
Utilize project management concepts and tools to plan, monitor, and analyze software deployment projects
Establish, track and audit project budgets, forecasting, analyze variances and develop action plans as needed
Work with Pre-Sale, Post-Sale, and support teams to manage customer communications and expectations
Deliver in-person and virtual training classes on a quarterly basis
Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
Conduct training through new materials
Preferred Skills:
Your experience should include working in a change management environment with proven success
Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
Experience with training strategies and creating new training materials is a strong plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions Note: The preference for the candidate is to be in the Eastern or Central time zone.

Basic Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of project management or business operations experience
OR 5 years of experience
