The team delivers products and solutions that make our customers the best they can be in Solving for Safer. The Data Conversion team migrates / converts historical customers\' data into Motorola Solutions products.Job Description Motorola Solutions is looking for candidates with data-driven development experience, including a solid understanding of software development and deployment. In this role, candidates will build / maintain data migration and conversion tools, test scripts, and deployment timelines with the project team. Candidates need the ability to collaborate, prototype, design, and implement data conversion solutions. The successful candidate will be able to perform system integration of data migration solutions for our customers and also have the ability to work with customers to fulfill the business objectives and end-user expectations. This technical person will be a bridge between the customer\'s business needs and our technical ability to deliver data migration solutions. Soft-skills and customer interaction is required. Qualifications : Bachelor\'s degree Technical / software development experience. Experience in software development; experience (C#, XML, Python and .NET technologies). Hands-on experience with SQL database design (MS SQL (preferred), Oracle, MySQL or PostgreSQL) Strong Experience in SQL Query Design and Implementation Understanding of object-oriented coding and design, Participating in code reviews and feedback.
