We're looking for Principal Developers who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of innovation!

In this role, you'll be the architect of cutting-edge test automation and tools, building the foundation for our cloud and in-vehicle applications and operating systems.

Here's what you'll be doing :

Designing, developing, and maintaining test methodologies, automation frameworks, and tools that will redefine how we test new features, functionality, and Over-the-Air updates.
Collaborating directly with Development rockstars, Technical Program Managers, and Project Managers.
Leading the charge towards a quality-centric development process.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

5 years proficiency in a programming language like Python, C#, C , or Java.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Experience in modern software development methodology, such as pair programming, test-first / test-driven development OR demonstrated delivery of singular focus programming.

Demonstrated success creating evolutionary architectures with appropriate operational characteristics : scale, reliability, security, performance, etc.

Project leader for the execution of strategies for test design, planning and execution methods, and automation scripts used for requirements verification purposes, at multiple integration / solution levels.

Guide and contribute to incident resolutions and reporting, including Preventive Actions implementations into the Test Strategy.

Guide and contribute to defining Test Management Strategies (tools and processes selection / creation) used by the test teams on the planning, execution, and reporting phases.

Promote code artisanship best practices, quality and security standards.

Advanced professional experience with Software / Requirement Verification projects.

Experience in architecting and implementing Test Strategies.

Experience proposing technical direction for Design Verification framework solutions.
