Key Responsibilities:
- Move Vehicles: Efficiently transport vehicles throughout the service process, including from service bays to customer delivery areas.
- Clean and Prepare Vehicles: Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles before customer delivery, ensuring they meet our high standards of presentation.
- Customer Interaction: Assist in providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless vehicle pickup experience.
- Maintain Inventory: Help manage courtesy vehicle inventory and ensure all vehicles are maintained and clean for the next guest.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with sales, service, and detailing teams to meet dealership goals and provide a superior customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violations
- Must be able to drive both an automatic and manual car shift
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematic skills
