Narrow down the selection of new or used motorcycles to find the bike that fits the customers needs. Provide prompt, dependable, high quality, vehicle sales to customers by using current proactive feature and benefit sales techniques. Provide a high degree of customer satisfaction for all customers in the dealership.
Ensure the delivery to the customer is an “EVENT” which connects the customer to the dealership and community.
Handle all guest inquiries with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction.Receive inbound calls on new and pre-owned vehicles with a goal to establish a firm appointment
Follow up customers with phone calls, texting & email working with CRM.
