Key Responsibilities:
- Create & update PC images for new hardware deployments;
- Handle setup of workstations for new employees;
- Work with team to troubleshoot & correct PC network connectivity/network printer issues;
- Work extensively with ticketing software to track, create, resolve tickets while also escalating tickets to the correct level;
- Perform troubleshooting for Microsoft Office 365 Application issues;
- Repair & replace PC hardware;
- Inventory all PC’s, Monitors, Personal & Network printers with asset tags;
Major Challenges:
- Creating simplicity in programs
- Understanding key stakeholders and achieving cross-functional alignment on project plans/timelines
- Prioritizing between key responsibilities
- Anticipating future needs.
Expected Performance Outcomes:
- 100% of I.T. equipment has asset tags;
- System in place to track tickets, resolve them and escalate when needed;
- All new employees and anticipated hires have new I.T. Equipment necessary
Required Experience:
- 1.Education in field related to Information Technology
- 2.Proven experience in Project Management
- 3.Some experience with Active Directory users & computers mostly unlocking accounts and change information
Technical Knowledge/Skills:
- Project Management
- Computer literacy with excel, word processing
- Strong communication skills
- Strong hardware knowledge
