Duties
- Manage and reconcile QuickBooks accounts
- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Manage records: Keep track of invoices, contracts, and employee documentation
- Communicate: Act as a liaison between staff, vendors, and customers.
- Improve efficiency: Develop systems to improve communication and administrative efficiency
- Perform general secretarial duties including scheduling and correspondences
- Maintain organized records and files
Requirements
- Proven experience in Quickbooks
- Understanding of payroll processing
- Skilled in invoicing and billing
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
