75,000 - $250,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision
- Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters
- Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large
- Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines
- Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline
- Work in synergy with our ISAs and real estate agents, educating them on available loan programs
- Deliver swift, competent responses to our in-house Realtor and builder referrals
- Follow up promptly on inbound leads and collaborate with our ISAs and agents on each lead
- Make full use of our company-provided CRM system, ensuring it remains updated
- Engage with applicants promptly, providing insightful, consultative mortgage options
- Review rates, costs, and program options and keep all stakeholders informed of transaction status
