Compensation:
Commission based
Responsibilities:
● Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies, and related industry professionals.
● Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements.
● Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are followed.
● Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine the best one.
● Develop the local market through active relationship management with local real estate offices, banks, CPAs, attorneys, developers, contractors, and community involvement with the market in Kane, McHenry, DuPage, and Cook.
● Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction.
● Experience with niche, non-conventional products, and bilingual abilities would be a plus.
Qualifications:
● Strong understanding of company loan policies, guidelines, and all federal and state regulations.
● Multiple years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required.
● Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry.
● Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required.
● $500K minimum average monthly loan origination in the past 12 months.
● We also seek highly experienced MLOs who can manage and mentor other LOs and LOAs.
