This is a full-time hybrid role as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Motto Mortgage Community Partners in Springfield, MO, with flexibility for remote work. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for loan origination, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with mortgage lending regulations. This is a self-generated lead position, the brokerage will not be supplying leads. Pay is commission based and compensation is heavily based funded on volume.
