Your new role
You will be joining our high-performing team as a Regional Account Manager who will be responsible for business growth opportunities throughout the state of Georgia. This includes working directly in the field with our healthcare partners to bridge the gap between hospital and home. This role will be crucial as you work to collaborate with Hospitals, physicians, clinics, and patients, to help close the continuum and make the transition to home seamless.
The team consists of industry experts with over 40 years in the complex medical supply industry and high-level success through their development here at Motum Medical. Our leadership team fosters an environment of hands-on support, team collaboration, and competition to challenge one another to be their best. We enjoy a fast-paced, relentless, sales-driven environment while making sure patient care and satisfaction are above all things.
Role specifics:
- Develop new business relationships and grow company census through business development calls, client visits, networking, and educational events.
- Apply a relationship-based sales approach to build and maintain a successful book of business.
- Foster long-term relationships with Case Managers, Physicians, and Healthcare Professionals.
- Create a pipeline of opportunities that are consistently being executed and closed through various points in the sales process.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, that include Trade Shows, Vendor Presentations, etc.
What you will have:
- 1 years' experience in a sales-related role.
- Drive to be successful.
- Healthcare Sales are preferred not a must.
- Achievement-focused, resilient, authentic & trustworthy.
- Self-motivated, self-reliant, and takes initiative.
- Good communicator; able to overcome obstacles, team player.
- Desire for personal development and professional growth.
