A successful candidate will coordinate and complete projects within the Information Technology department. The scope of the ERP Technical Specialist role is to lead, advise and participate in all aspects of ERP based projects. You will collaborate with other team members to set deadlines, assign responsibilities, create a team environment, monitor and summarize progress of projects. You will also build and maintain working relationships with team members, business partners, customers, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects. You will create and prepare reports for management regarding status of projects. Be familiar with a variety of business processes including, manufacturing, finance, quality, materials, operations and systems. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A strong individual who is self-motivated and business oriented would be successful in this highly visible position.

- Sound understanding of ERP and business related activities for ERP based projects. (Experience with PLEX is a plus)
- Plan, develop, and execute all ERP related actives for Motus. This includes planning, implementing and supporting all plants and corporate activities relating to the ERP
- Collaborate with team members to meet targeted financial goals, including setting and achieving margin, payment schedules, timely invoicing and customer payments
- Responsible for all technical aspects of ERP (Plex) including, integration, architecture, security, system analytics and reporting
- Participates as a core team member. Fosters good team relationships, including ongoing communications, negotiation of scope and schedule changes, identification of key risks, issue resolution, and ongoing progress reporting
- Influence and execute, showing a broad knowledge of industry best practices with the ability to identify potential project risks to advise and consult with team members
- Actively participate in creating and setting project stakeholder expectations
- Create and implement a tracking process of all projects. Identify project leads, support team members, project timelines, and other related project metrics
- 1 - 2 years of strong management skills with proven track record of delivery
- 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience in a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field
- Proven track record in the information technology industry with ERP solutions experience. (PLEX & EDI experience a plus)
- Multi-task and have a collaborative work style with strong desire to work in dynamic, fast paced environment that requires flexibility and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Exhibit a positive attitude and behavior with regards to assigned tasks, co-workers and team members
- Automotive industry, manufactured goods or related industry experience a plus
- Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills
- Ability to learn and execute tough negotiations
