With our most recent partnership with the nation's largest telecommunications brand, we are actively searching for an individual to join our Retail Sales team, who is just as passionate about delivering exceptional customer and retail experiences as we are!

What can you expect in the Retail Sales position?

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a direct sales approach guiding customers through their options, this is where your drive and passion for helping people will really shine.
• You’ll be a part of the community by implementing in-store events within our retail partners to assist existing and potential customers.
• This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer’s needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

At Motus, we offer a competitive wage with a base hourly pay, commissions, and bonuses. Our Retail Sales team earns on average between $700 - $1500 in commissions and bonuses weekly. With our uncapped commission opportunities, our top sellers earn $2000 - $2500 weekly.

• Background in sales, customer service, retail, client services or related industrie
