Technical Writer II (SWING SHIFT)
Our client, a leader in global media, is looking for a remote Technical Writer II. In this role, you will temporarily oversee the organization's leading daily morning newsletter. This role involves summarizing the top news stories of the day, ensuring timely delivery of content to a wide audience, and contributing to the newsletter's ongoing success. Pay Range : $40.00 - $44.00 / HR
Location : Remote
Contract Duration : 5 Months
Key Responsibilities for Technical Writer II :
- Collaborate with the newsletter Editor to select articles, videos, and other content for the daily 5 Things AM Newsletter.
- Write and craft daily news summaries, ensuring the newsletter is ready for edits before its 7am ET send time.
- Develop and produce a weekly news quiz for the newsletter audience.
- Work with the Newsletter-Audience Strategy team to identify and implement opportunities to enhance the newsletter's impact and resonance with readers.
- Follow breaking news closely, incorporating timely updates as necessary.
