Key Responsibilities
As a Financial Analyst, you will analyze financial data and trends to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Youll prepare financial reports for senior leadership, perform variance analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations. You will also monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), assist with month-end and year-end close processes, and conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making across various departments.
What Were Looking For :
- 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software (e.g., ERP systems, SAP, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or certifications a plus).
