Position Overview : As an employee-owned organization, we seek a Project Estimator passionate about delivering exceptional value and supporting our sales and revenue goals. Key Activities :
- Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine the full scope of work and required components for accurate estimates.
- Develop conceptual estimates for project budgeting by performing takeoffs based on design development drawings and standard specifications.
- Organize and maintain a comprehensive database of project costs, including up-to-date supplier pricing through direct communication and market research.
- Collaborate in the planning and estimating phases of synthetic and natural turf field projects to incorporate efficient, safe, and cost-effective systems into the project design.
- Prepare initial project budgets and schedules in alignment with contract terms and conditions, ensuring feasibility and adherence to project goals.
