Job Summary
PRADCO operates a Distribution Center, which employs 75-120 people and processes thousands of deliveries per day. This position is accountable for the overall accountability of inbound shipments and related tasks for PRADCO Outdoor Brands (POB) to meet customer requirements while exceeding customer expectations. Routing orders through Transportation Management systems, interacting with Customer Service/Customers, and processing orders through the warehouse management system are some of the daily responsibilities.

Job Summary
PRADCO operates a Distribution Center, which employs 75-120 people and processes thousands of deliveries per day. This position is accountable for the overall accountability of inbound shipments and related tasks for PRADCO Outdoor Brands (POB) to meet customer requirements while exceeding customer expectations. Routing orders through Transportation Management systems, interacting with Customer Service/Customers, and processing orders through the warehouse management system are some of the daily responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Establish receiving schedules in accordance with receiving cadence and operational plans. Coordinate all inbound deliveries and appointments including container updates from local, domestic and international venues.
- Communicate scheduled activities to operations staff and all functional business areas as needed. For schedule changes and cancellations, provide support and communication between customer service and distribution.
- Track and maintain required logistics paperwork and reporting. Accurate process Bill of Lading’s, XDC’s, Lane Assignments, Pre-Receipts and other related receiving tasks.
- Support and participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Coordinate & schedule inbound deliveries between multiple PRADCO Facilities.
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least three years of experience working in a distribution center, transportation, or logistics environment.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment, particularly Excel Pivot Tables and Filtering.
- Candidates must be able to compile substantial amounts of data, analyze and report issues that concisely violate vendor compliance guidelines and company policy.
- Ability to act as a POB ambassador when speaking and writing to customers and visitors, with a focus on customer service.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment and the communication tools associated within the platform.
- Typically, prolonged periods of sitting in an open office environment are necessary. Must be able to lift and move up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
- Walking significant distances within the warehouse is required periodically.
