POSITION#SUMMARY $5,000 Sign on Bonus for eligible new hires Nurses who have appropriate experience, motivation and flexibility will be hired to float to the nursing units of Acute / TCU and Rehabilitation. If appropriately skilled and credentialed, floating could include ED, OR and / or supervisory positions.# The Float LNA is expected to fill all responsibilities of an LNA on the unit to which they are assigned. Provides supportive and rehabilitative nursing care to patients following the plan of care under the supervision of the Licensed Practical Nurse and Registered Nurse. # QUALIFICATIONS Education : #High school graduate.# Completion of 75-hour training course.# Licensed in the State of Vermont.
