Twice voted "Best of the Berkshires," we are sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm since 2013 and maintain a mission-based environment for our staff and residents.
We are looking to fill the position of Nurse Scheduler/Central Supply Clerk.
** We pay 80% of health insurance premiums **

Nurse Scheduler - Central Supply Clerk Qualifications:
- Scheduling in a health care setting for 2 years.
- Working experience with scheduling (preferably Workforce Dimensions) and payroll software.
- Associates degree or sufficient work experience.
- Working experience with MS Office suite.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Strong Administrative skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Nurse Scheduler - Central Supply Clerk Job Summary:
- Responsible for the department's master schedule and monthly scheduling to ensure all units and shifts are staffed.
- Monitor all worked time including overtime for the department.
- Daily contact with Administration, Human Resources and payroll staff regarding employee related matters.
- Responsible for managing employee worked time in Workforce Dimensions (UKG) scheduling system.
- Generate daily and weekly reports to track department's staffing.
- Assist with various departmental projects including policies updates, managing employee performance paperwork, education, and ancillary resident service vendors.
- Plan and direct the procurement of nursing supplies, such as gloves, lifts, scales, beds, mattresses and other medical supplies.
