Job Details
We are seeking an Interventional Radiology Technician to join our team at Mount Carmel Dublin, Ohio. This is a 13-week travel position with a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Key Requirements:
- A valid BLS certification
- Licenses and certificates must be verified within 30 days of the start date
- A Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen completed within 30 days of the start date (preferably within 14 days)
- Signed Trinity Code of Conduct Form on file
- Signed Trinity Confidentiality of Patient and Proprietary Information Agreement on file
- Completed Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form
- Completed Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing within one year
- Completed Trinity Skills Checklist for clinical contractors
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or declination
- Proof of MMR vaccination or titer
- Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination
- Proof of Influenza vaccination
- Proof of Varicella vaccination
- Proof of Tdap vaccination
- Physical/Health Statement
Additional Requirements:
- Federal, Nationwide, and County Criminal background checks within 30 days of the start date
- Attach completed education verification report to the candidate's record in TrinityVMS
