  • LTA for a CT Technologist position at Mount Carmel East.

  • American Heart Association certification required.
  • License / Certificate Verification within 30 days of start.

  • Trinity Code of Conduct Form on file.

  • Specialty exam completion within a year.
  • Trinity Color Vision test required.

  • Trinity Criminal Background Check within 30 days of start.
  • Trinity Education Verification on file if job requires specific certification(s).
  • Trinity EPLS and Trinity GSA / OIG reports on file within 30 days.

  • Trinity System Access Form completed one week before start.
