Job Details

  • CT Technologist position at Mount Carmel East, Columbus, Ohio.
  • Travel position with a contract length of 13 weeks.
  • Schedule : Monday to Thursday, 2 PM to 12 : 30 AM.

    • Job Requirements

  • BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel.
  • License / Certificate Verification must be dated within 30 days of start.
  • Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen must be completed within 30 days of start date, preferred within 14 days.
  • Trinity Code of Conduct Form must be signed and on file.
  • Trinity Confidentiality of Patient and Proprietary Information Agreement must be signed and on file.
  • Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form must be completed.
  • Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing must be completed within a year.
  • Trinity Skills Checklist must be completed for clinical contractors.

    • Schedule Information

  • Monday to Thursday, 2 PM to 12 : 30 AM.

    • Unit Specific Information

  • Must attach scanned copies of certifications with expiration dates.

    • Additional Details

  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or declination required.
  • Proof of MMR vaccination or titer required.
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series required before start.
  • Influenza vaccine required during flu season.
  • Varicella vaccination proof required.
  • Tdap vaccination proof required.
