BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel
ACLS certification required for RNs in CCU, ED, PACU, MICU, SICU
License / Certificate Verification must be dated within 30 days of start

Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen must be completed within 30 days of start
Trinity Code of Conduct Form must be signed
Trinity I9 must be completed
Trinity Confidentiality of Patient and Proprietary Information Agreement must be signed
Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form must be completed
Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing must be completed within a year
Trinity Color Vision must be verified
