Director, Patient Care Services
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary leader to lead our Critical Care units and inpatient units at Mount Carmel Dublin. This individual will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure high-quality patient care and operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure high-quality patient care and operational excellence.
- Oversight of quality and standards of patient care, performance improvement, program management, business operations, and management development for designated areas.
- Collaboration with all disciplines on the healthcare team to develop goals and objectives, performance targets, and business and strategic plans as appropriate.
- Ensuring financial performance and profitability of designated areas through the development and monitoring of operating and capital budgets and department contracts.
- Leading quality monitoring for designated areas, focusing on optimal patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, risk management, and continuous quality and process improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Active RN License to practice in the State of Ohio.
- Five years recent healthcare experience, with three years in first line management preferred.
- Effective Communication Skills and evidence of effective leadership and management abilities.
