The Clinical Manager will be responsible for implementing organizational goals and objectives, ensuring optimal patient outcomes, and delivering care within regulatory and organizational standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines. They will also collaborate with all disciplines on the healthcare team and within the organization to provide care.
This role requires a strong background in nursing with current licensure to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Ohio. A Bachelors degree is required; a Masters degree is preferred within 3 years of orientation completion. Minimum of 3-5 years recent experience in area of specialization is preferred.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performance Improvement & Quality Monitoring: Assists CNO with development, monitoring, and reporting of quality indicators for emergency and inpatient services.
- Education and Training: Coordinates and facilitates patient and family education.
- Safe Practice: Verifies and implements physician and other licensed independent practitioner orders.
