About the Unit:
Mount Carmel Dublin's inpatient unit provides care for a variety of patients, including those who require ICU-level attention. The team includes Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and speech therapists, who work together to deliver high-quality patient care.
Job Summary:
- The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients referred by a physician, collaborating with other caregivers to ensure quality care.

- This is a casual Physical Therapist position covering multiple locations in the North Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans, documenting progress and discharge records.
- Delegate tasks to Physical Therapist Assistants, reviewing and co-signing their documentation.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and smooth transitions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring adequate supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current license to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Ohio.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting and transferring patients.
