Job Title: RN/LPN Evening Shift Monday thru Friday - St. Charles, MO (No Weekends)

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift, Monday through Friday, with no weekend work required. Position Highlights:
This opportunity provides a consistent schedule and work-life balance while making a meaningful impact in our Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care units. You’ll provide exceptional patient care and assume a leadership role to support facility operations and staff.
Pay Range:
$34.00-$45 (includes shift differentials)
Pay range also depends on years of experience and whether you are a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
Schedule:
· Monday through Friday
· 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
· No weekends
RN & LPN Key Responsibilities:
· Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
· Monitor patient health and document progress.
· Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring personalized and compassionate care.
· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams during care planning meetings.
· Provide supervision, guidance, and support to nursing assistants and support staff.
RN & LPN Qualifications:
· Active RN or LPN license (unencumbered).
· Previous experience in a long-term healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.
· Passion for working with senior residents.
