Summary:
Greets patients in a warm and friendly manner, answers telephones and makes appointments for health center and other referred services. Efficiently and accurately performs all other front office duties.

Requirements
Education, Training or Certifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience Required:
- Medical office experience preferred.
- Experience in Customer Service with face-to-face contact.

- Emotional maturity and good people skills required.
- Ability to work with distressed or anxious patients or family members required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for up to eight hours per day.

- Use of VDT, hand/eye coordination (typing).
