Expense Specialist
Pay: $20.00
Shift: M-F, 8am-4:30pm (37.50 hours per week)
Worksite location: South Burlington, VT
Duration: Until 6/30/2025
Position Overview:
This position is responsible for assisting the Purchasing Card Team in the Disbursement Center. Duties include reviewing the cardholder Profiles, expense reports, summary spreadsheets, and various Purchasing Card forms for accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will be reliable, responsible, possess strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Primary Duties
Performs routine reviews of:
· Cardholder Profiles for correctly labeled applications, Cardholder Agreement, and Supervisor Forms
· Reports for purchasing card numbers / personal purchases
· Routine review of purchasing cardholder journals and receipts
· Summary spreadsheets / Audit email for audits
