What are the responsibilities and job description for the Master Scheduler position at Mount Indie?
We are seeking a Master Scheduler to join a dynamic and growing team in San Diego! This role in the Program Management Department will help grow and strengthen our team, in support of the agile development of innovative communications, networking, and computing solutions for U.S. defense agencies that improve the sharing of information among warfighters distributed throughout airborne, maritime, and ground environments.
Responsibilities :
- Create, organize and update program schedules across the projects identified within the program management team area of responsibility to meet customer and company objectives
- Team with Program and Project Managers to ensure that resources are effectively allocated, and projects are time phased efficiently
- Work with Supply Chain Manager to ensure program supply schedules are met
- Perform critical path analysis of identified programs
- Work with Program and Project Managers to ensure issues related to scheduling are properly identified and resolved
- Assist in constructing and managing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and work scope decomposition to achieve and effectively measure to program objectives
- Utilize MS Project to update status of activity completion and employ critical path analysis and other scheduling techniques to assess schedule performance
