We're hiring a Program/Operations Manager to serve as the primary liaison with government stakeholders and oversee our teams performance on essential IT projects. In this role, youll guide complex IT operations, manage compliance with industry standards, and ensure project success through leadership and technical oversight. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for government stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment.
- Provide technical supervision and guidance to Contractor personnel assigned to the project.
- Plan, direct, and manage IT projects and operations, ensuring adherence to requirements and successful project outcomes.
- Supervise a diverse team across multiple IT tasks, providing effective leadership across a range of labor categories and skill sets.
- Lead project compliance with industry standards, including government and civilian user requirements.
Requirements:
- PMP Certification (Project Management Professional).
- Proven Success in managing and directing complex IT projects similar in scale and complexity.
- Experience in handling multiple IT projects and administrative tasks effectively.
- Leadership in ensuring compliance with standards such as AGILE, ITIL, IEEE, SEI CMMI, and PMBOK.
- Technical Knowledge of configuration management, quality assurance, and industry-accepted standards.
In-Depth Knowledge of:
- NIST Special Publication 800-53
- DoD Risk Management Framework (DoD Instruction 8510.01)
- Network design, operations, and security.
- DoD Contracts Administration and compliance requirements.
- Managing and resolving ACAS findings.
- Ability to gain and maintain access to Armys Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS).
