As a Recruiter at Mount Indie, you will be dedicated to working in direct support of one of our exclusive clients, acting as their primary sourcing and recruiting point of contact. You will play a key role in helping them grow by understanding their unique needs and delivering top-tier talent. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while contributing to mission-critical programs in the GOVCON space.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:


  • Commit to an outbound cold call strategy to both passive and active candidates.
  • Source, recruit, and screen candidates for open positions across various positions.
  • Stayextremely organizedin your recruiting process, maintaining pipelines, and ensuring a personalized, strategic approach.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, program managers, and business development leads to understand job requirements and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Consistently follow our structured process to maximize candidate response rates.
  • Maintainhigh dataintegritywithin our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Communicate clearly and confidently throughout every stage of the recruitment process with candidates and team leads.


Required Qualifications:


  • 1 year of experience in recruiting, sales, or business development roles.
  • Proficiency working with ATS or CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in typing at least 40 words per minute.
  • Ability to research using open source tools, chrome extensions and social media sites
  • Computer literate and able to work within different systems and web applications

Salary : $58,000 - $65,000
